Over the last five decades existence, gradually NGOs has established itself as the unique, largest coordinating partner in Bangladesh government. There are many Non-government organizations in a district to reduce/alleviate the poverty, facilitate the people with their basic needs and involve in socio-economic development of the district as well as whole over the country. National, international, local NGOs those are working with the marginalized community, coastal community, poor, extreme poor, socially disqualified and indigenous communities. Although many NGOs are working and broadcasting their services in whole district, but DC office authority has limited manpower/ appropriate monitoring system to monitor their (NGO) projects and activities. In these circumstances, this web portal will be very helpful for DC office to implement a monitoring system so that they can monitor and evaluate NGOs as well as donor & donor funds.
